Secondary aromas of a vegetable type, with clear connotations of cut grass, hints of leaves, or fennel or artichoke notes or winter vegetables, as well as light hints of almond, hints of green walnut or ripe banana, which define the pleasant sweetness in the mouth .
The whole is a sweet oil.

It is an ideal oil for game meats, blue fish and smoked fish. It will give you that special and aromatic touch that your dishes lack.
